Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Your failure to respond to any of our requests that leads to our inability to deliver the services hereunder or delay in delivering the services shall not entitle you to a refund for our subsequent non-delivery or late delivery of the services and we shall not be liable to you for any such failure.
Momentum ads as an organization has with it the exclusive right to bring about any modification of the provisions of the refund of cancellation policy without intimating prior notice.
